For online payments made through tanexpertprograms.com, the amount will be charged from your credit card or the payment method you specified via the Stripe&PayPal infrastructure at the end of your order process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email from the system confirming that your payment was successful.
Delivery
The digital products you purchase (personalized frequency packages) are prepared based on the order details received in our system and delivered to you via email within a maximum of 3 business days.
Deliveries are made to the valid email address provided by the user during the order. Ensuring the accuracy of your email address is important for the delivery process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
As the products sold are personalized digital content, they are not subject to cancellation or refund under the exceptions of the right of withdrawal within the distance sales agreement regulation.
Once your order is completed, the digital content production process begins, and cancellation or refund requests cannot be processed. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review all details before completing your purchase.
