Program Usage Protocol
Each program works on a deep energetic layer. Instead of mixing multiple themes in the same day, it is recommended to focus on one theme at a time.
For each theme:
- Use the same program every day until the theme is healed (once per day).
- If the person feels balanced, it may be used twice per day (morning & evening).
- Using multiple themes in a single day is not recommended.
After each cycle:
- Give yourself 1–2 days of rest before moving to the next theme.
- During the rest period: drink water, journal, observe emotions and dreams.
- Continue until emotional responses stabilize.
